New construction offered little landscaping or privacy.  We designed an outdoor kitchen, pergola and deck for entertaining on this corner lot.  A terraced walkway and entrance garden welcome visitors to the front door.  Trees and shrubs screen the property line and new paths redirect pedestrians.
